Then, the Digitized Antidote is calling you to join us for an afternoon of meditation, connecting with your true Self, finding balance, and learn how to manage stress and loneliness. In this workshop, we will learn what stress and loneliness really are, how to find our true selves, and how to balance body, mind and spirit through meditation, ayurvedic (ancient wisdom from India) tips and foods, and ancient yogic breathing techniques, called pranayama. We will explore the basics of meditation, software of the soul and how to tap into our inner pharmacy for self-healing, balance and real evolution.
