Unprocessed grief and loss can be stored in the body and manifest in physical ways - a common one is slouching to literally "protect the heart." With holidays right around the corner, cherished memories of your loss may be surfacing more than usual. We invite you to step into a supportive yoga kula (community), a safe and gentle space to honor your loss and process intense emotions of grief through movement, mindfulness and community.
This 2.5 hour workshop integrates therapeutic exercises, meditation, and asana to deepen your yoga practice for grief self-care and healing. Please bring a remembrance item for the altar and a journal.
