Winter Partner Yoga

These three hours of exploration will disentangle knots in body, soul, and mind. Through group movement, acroyoga, breathing, and crawling out of pain and into consciousness, we'll sweat, laugh, play and spiral. No partner or experience necessary, challenging enough for all levels of training.

Learn practical exercises to do at home and with friends, involving breathe, movement, and surrender. This path of becoming friends with your body integrates emotions, mind, and gentle movement to foster strength, flexibility, and balance. As we wring out our own patterns and winter stagnation, we'll learn new ways to connect with others, coming from a full, empowered, decisive, and curious place.
