Our evening together will offer an opportunity to explore the restorative, healing and empowering practice of The Resting Zone Method. The Resting Zone Method is a unique and dynamic form of guided meditation that combines the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) with resiliency training, neuropsychology and sound therapy.
We will be focusing on the energy centers of the body (chakras) as portals to self-attunement, healing and self-discovery. The frequencies and harmonics of singing bowls and gongs will assist in bringing clearing, balancing and harmonization to your body, mind and spirit and a 20 to 30 minute sound bath will be part of your Attune experience.
Most of this event will be experienced as you lie down comfortably, so please wear comfortably clothing and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lie down on as well as a blanket to cover your body. A pillow, an eye covering and a water bottle are additional items to support your comfort.
