They are many types of meditation that serve our different needs and intentions. Similar to different foods that nourish our bodies in a variety of ways, meditations can compliment each other when practiced with attention to form and sequence. 

In this workshop, Christopher will share three different techniques and discuss their benefits and boundaries. Zen meditation, Grounding and Boundary Visualization, and Sound Meditation.
