Self-care, pampering, “me” time. We all need to treat ourselves every once in a while.

Join us for an afternoon of delicious yoga movement, restful poses and a potentially sleep inducing full body relaxation. In this practice we'll go slow and steady, with mindfulness as
a means to ground and unwind. You're guaranteed to leave feeling deeply nourished and revitalized.
