What better way to respect our body, than to actually listen to it consciously, through its own language (the sensations), when it tells us that something is not OK.
Our body is wired to permanently regulate our emotional patterns... If we only let it do its natural job! Luc Nicon (French Researcher) was able to isolate a natural, biological capacity for complete Self Emotional Regulation: This Universal capacity is available to all of us at the moment we feel an emotion.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to use the body's sensory memory in order to re-experience the root of an emotional difficulty through its original physical sensations.
