The same way nature is changing seasons, we are all going through transitions. We transition from one job to another, we break up, we fall in love, we move to different places and the key is to stay calm, graceful and humbled while going though those changes. Yoga is a perfect way/tool to learn how to stay calm and centered while we move through life.
We will teach you how to transition from one challenging pose to another while staying connected to your center. While we'll mainly explore arm balancing transitions, expect to play in headstand, too!
