Not understanding your attachment style will make it much harder to create a loving, connected, joyful relationship. Early in life, we learn to relate, or "attach" to our primary caregivers. The quality of this early attachment determines how we feel, think and behave in our romantic relationships.
Understanding your and your partner's attachment style and learning wisdom and tools for navigating your romantic partnership is essential for developing better communication and deepening emotional and sexual intimacy.
In this event, you will learn:
- What attachment styles are and how they relate to romantic partnerships
- Details and personal accounts of the 3 primary attachment styles - secure, anxious and avoidant and how they show up in relationships
- How to navigate the different attachment styles including the common "Anxious/Avoidant" or "Pursuer/Distancer" relationship dynamic
- Conscious healing techniques and partner exercises to build deeper intimacy, love and trust in your relationship
